Add File Space
PRO Account Administrators create or add File Spaces to organize Files, Form by departments, sections, etc. Below each File Space is a File Manager where one or more Files can be uploaded, posted, or created. Administrators can invite Members to one or more File Spaces.
The File Space Name the Account Administrator assigned during Add File Space.
Re-name File Spaces or the File Space Description
A brief Description of the File Space by the Account Administrator. This can only be viewed by the Admin or File Space Members.
The File Space Roles as assigned by the Account Administrator: File Space Administrator, File Space Manager.
File Space Identification Number assigned by Comoe.
The Date and Time the File Space was created.
The number of Files or Forms in the File Space as added by the File Manager.
The number of active PrimeShares.
Available File Space Features by icons.
Delete the current File Space and all associated Files and Shares. Once deleted, they cannot be recovered.
Manage, add, and delete File Space Members by the File Space Administrator.
